Our business terms and the forms you may need.
Verity Group has established the following terms and conditions to provide a simple, easy-to-understand explanation of how to do business with our company. It explains, in a very simple manner, the payment choices we offer, the time-frames in which you can expect to receive and purchased product or service, the appropriate manner for returning an item, and the forms you may need in order to conduct business with us. Feel free to ask your Sales Consultant for a detailed explanation if any subject of this section is unclear.

Invoice payments may also be remitted by ACH electronic funds transfer. Banking information will be supplied upon request.
STANDARD PAYMENT TERMS
Unless prior arrangements have been made, full payment is due at the time service is provided or product is delivered. We accept Cash, Check, Money Order, American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover Card.
NET PAYMENT TERMS
Net 30 Terms requires an approved credit application. In some cases, a personal guarantee may be required. Invoices for contract services are due on receipt. A charge of 1.5% per month will be applied to late payments.
STANDARD PRODUCT DELIVERY
Next-day delivery, within the local area, is a standard part of our service and is free of charge. Same-day shipping, via FedEx or United Parcel Service is available on orders received by 2:00pm CST.
WILL-CALL PRODUCT PICKUP
Will-Call service is available, at our location, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am until 5:00pm. For faster service please confirm your order, by phone, before arriving at our will-call desk (located at the entrance near the rear loading dock).
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to a return. All products, other than DOA, must be in new unopened packaging. A restocking fee may apply. Special order products may be returned only for DOA.
